On 29th March 2019, FAIR-SPACE attended Venturefest South at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton.
Venturefest South is an annual interactive one day conference and this year attracted over 1,000 people. The event brings together innovators, entrepreneurs, investors and businesses from across the South to share ideas, explore best-practice, showcase new technology and create deals to help develop and take local business ideas forward.

Furthermore, Douglas Umbers, from the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl), announced an additional £45 million of external investment opportunities which small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the science and technology sectors could benefit from. Dstl is seeking new supply-chain partners for a series of research projects due to start this year across a diverse range of technology. Click here to find out more.
